Return Eligibility

You've got 48 hours to decide if those dates are your soulmates. Just make sure the package stays sealed for the magic to happen.

Return Process

Ready to send those dates back? Drop us a line at customerservice@bitsofjoy.co.in to get the return party started.
Once we give you the thumbs-up, pack those dates up snugly and ship 'em back to us. Don't forget to include your order number and why you're sending them back.

Refund

Once our date detectives receive your package, they'll give it a once-over to ensure it's in tip-top shape.
If everything checks out, we'll send your refund flying back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Just remember, shipping costs are like bad dates — they don't come back.

Exchange

Sorry, we're not playing matchmaker right now. If you want a different flavor, return your original dates and start a new love story with another batch.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your dates arrive looking like they've been through a breakup, snap some pics and hit us up pronto. We'll sort it out faster than you can say, "bad date."

Non-Returnable Items

Once you've popped the seal, there's no turning back. Opened packages of dates are like opened hearts — they're here to stay.
